Can I buy directly from Kosnic?

We sell to Electrical Wholesalers throughout the UK, if you are a wholesaler and do not have an existing account you can contact our credit control team who will be happy to explain how you can get an account with us. To do so please contact us on 01635 523 713, option 3. If you are an end user we will be happy to tell you who your nearest wholesaler is on 01635 523 713, option 1.

What is your cut-off time for next day delivery?

All orders must be received in writing by 12pm for next working day delivery.

I need technical information, where do I find this?

All of our products have relevant datasheets which are downloadable on our website. If you still require assistance please call our technical team on 01635 523 713.

Who is my Area Sales Manager and how do I contact them?

We have an excellent team of Area Sales Managers, please call or email us so that we can confirm who your Area Sales Manager is and give you their contact details.

I have a faulty or damaged item that is still under warranty, how do I go about replacing/returning the item?

If you are an electrical wholesaler with an existing account please raise a debit note and send it to returns@kosnic.com

If you are an end user or do not have an account with Kosnic you will need to contact the original place of purchase for them to honour the warranty.

 What is Kosnic’s warranty policy?

Kosnic LED lighting products with rated life of greater than 25,000 hours are warranted for 3 years. Other Kosnic lighting products are warranted for 1 year. An extended 5 year warranty can be offered if the ‘Application for extended warranty form’ is approved (please apply here). Should a Kosnic LED lamp or luminaire fail within the warranty period from the invoice date, Kosnic will provide replacement. If the product is no longer available, Kosnic will provide the closest alternative product at its absolute discretion. The acceptance of any claim under this warranty is subject to our warranty terms and conditions.

Can I get Extended Warranty?

Some of our products benefit from our Extended Warranty policy, this is an addition that needs to be applied for. Please click here and fill in our application form and a member of staff will get back to you.

What Dimmer can I use with your dimmable LEDs?

Please refer to the datasheet of the product for the recommended compatible dimmers. The list of dimmers can be found on the last page of the datasheet.

Can you deliver to my customer, an is there an additional charge for this?

We can deliver to any UK address for you for no additional charge, please provide the delivery address, contact name and number when placing your order.
